Did you know that you can participate in MGEC’s monthly Executive Board meetings? The Executive Board has been meeting on Teams throughout the pandemic. Interested parties are able to join the meeting on Teams by clicking the following link: https://tinyurl.com/MGEC2022.
In order to allow for effective MGEC Executive Board Meetings, MGEC has the following guidelines for those who participate in Executive Board meetings as a non-Board member.
- Non-Board member meeting participants are asked to identify yourself when you join the meeting.
- Non-Board members are asked to remain muted at all times unless you are asked to speak by the President or Executive Director.
- Requests to speak should be made to the President or Executive Director, preferably before the meeting.
- Private discussion may occur during the meetings. If private matters are discussed by the Board, Non-Board members may be removed from the meeting to allow for the private discussion.
- Non-Board members are not allowed to vote during the meeting.
- Participants who do not follow these guidelines may be removed from the meeting at the discretion of the President and/or Executive Director.
Meetings are typically held on the 4th Monday of the month from 3:30-6:30 pm. Check the calendar on the MGEC website for the most updated schedule.
